Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum 6 months to a year Inbound/Outbound Sales experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months to a 1 year Sales experience within a Contact Centre environment.
  • Neutral accent and fully proficient in the English language.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Reliable transport to Mount Edgecombe/ must reside in Phoenix/ Cornubia or immediate surrounding areas.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and be a quick thinker.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent telephone and etiquette.
  • Excellent rapport building skills and empathetic.
  • Comfortable working with targets.
  • Driven

Remuneration

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R5500 basic + Attendance bonus (R750) + uncapped commission

ON TARGET EARNINGS OF R15 000 - R20 000

Ability to commute:

  • Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
